Town Council Regular Meeting

The Great Falls Town Council holds its regular monthly meeting on the third Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM. All residents, business owners, and community members are encouraged to attend and stay engaged with local government. During these meetings, the Mayor and Town Council discuss and vote on important municipal business, including town budgets, infrastructure upgrades, parks and recreation updates, and new ordinances. What to Expect: Public Comment Period: Residents are welcome to address the council regarding community concerns or ideas. Department Updates: Hear direct reports from the Police Department, Public Works, and the Recreation Department. Revitalization News: Get the latest updates on the Catawba River projects, trail expansions, and downtown development. Location: Town Hall @ 810 Dearborn Street, Great Falls, SC 29055 Note: Agendas are posted in the Document Center prior to the meeting. If you cannot attend in person, meeting minutes will be uploaded to the site the following week.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Town of Great Falls Budget Ordinance No. 2026-01 (Second Reading) The Town of Great Falls will hold a Public Hearing on Budget Ordinance No. 2026-01 prior to the second reading of the proposed Fiscal Year 2026–2027 Budget. Date: Thursday, July 23, 2026 Time: 7:00 PM Location: Great Falls Town Hall 810 Dearborn Street Great Falls, SC 29055 The purpose of this public hearing is to provide residents, business owners, and other interested parties an opportunity to review and comment on the proposed Fiscal Year 2026–2027 Budget Ordinance before the Town Council considers the second reading and final adoption of Budget Ordinance No. 2026-01. All members of the public are encouraged to attend and participate. Copies of the proposed budget ordinance are available for public inspection at Town Hall during normal business hours.
