Planning Commission

Zoning, land use, and development planning for the Town of Great Falls.

About the Commission

The purpose of this commission is to engage in a continuous planning program for the physical, social, and economic growth, development, and redevelopment of the Town as defined in Title 6, Chapter 29 of the code of Laws. In carrying out its responsibilities, the commission focuses on the Town's Comprehensive plan and the policies and procedures to implement said plan, develop ordinances to include landscaping and the official map, and oversee the administration of land development regulations adopted by the local governing body.

The commission meets on the first Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. If you are interested, please send your request to serve on the Planning Commission Board to WGonzalezGFTC@GreatFallsSC.gov
