Great Falls residents have a unique opportunity to lower their energy bills and make their homes more comfortable, completely free of charge!
What is the Neighborhood Energy Saver Program?
The Duke Energy Neighborhood Energy Saver program is designed to help both homeowners and renters lower their energy usage and save up to $95 annually on their electric bills. Following a quick, no-cost home energy assessment, an energy professional will install up to 17 energy-saving products in your home—valued at up to $300—at absolutely zero cost to you.
What's Included for Free?
Depending on your home's needs, the free products and services installed may include:
- Energy-efficient LED lightbulbs
- Water-saving showerheads and faucet aerators
- Water heater insulating wraps
- Caulking, weatherstripping, and door sweeps to seal drafts
- High-quality heating and AC system filters
- Smart power strips
Who is Eligible?
This program is available to both homeowners and renters residing within the Great Falls Duke Energy service area. Since the assessment and installation are fully funded by Duke Energy, there is no charge, no hidden fees, and no obligation.
